Staff were cooperative, supportive and welcoming from hotel manager to front counters team members, also facility is modern, smell fresh, very clean and fully equipped, hotel deserves to be classified/categorized as a 4* hotel.

We stayed here for 5 days and overall, I can rate our stay 7 out of 10. The hotel staff are polite and they can speak English, which is one of the best feature of the hotel. Also, the interior is pleasant, the whole hotel smells so nice and our room was clean and modern in design.
